The awards, established as benchmarks in innovation and digital transformation, will be presented on October 23 at the Neptune Palace in Madrid.

Espaitec has been nominated for the Disruptors Innovation Awards 2025 in the category of Best Technology Center or Park. These awards annually recognize initiatives that are shaping the future of digitalization and innovation in the Spanish-speaking world.

This nomination highlights the work Espaitec does daily to promote technological and business development in the province of Castellón. In this regard, spaces such as the Espaitec FabLab, the new technology demonstrator of the Institute of New Imaging Technologies, the agitator system of the Multiphase Fluids Group at the Universitat Jaume I and the green hydrogen demonstrator of the Institute of Advanced Materials.

Espaitec shares the nomination with other reference centers such as Eurecat, with a machine vision system for the textile industry developed together with the spin-off Aracne; gradient, with a smart healing solution for chronic wounds; the Miguel Hernández University Science Park, with its participation in the European consortium OpenEuroLLM Through the company Prompsit, and Tecnalia, with a virtual reality project to strengthen the autonomy of people with Down syndrome.

The awards ceremony will be held on October 23rd at the Neptuno Palace in Madrid, an event exclusively for industry professionals. Ten categories will be awarded during the ceremony, and a new edition of the yearbook will be presented. The 50 Most DisruptiveAn independent jury composed of experts from the innovative ecosystem, who will evaluate criteria such as the impact on the organization and the environment, the degree of technological innovation, and its alignment with ESG principles, will select the winning entities.
