The UJI.>LAB d'Espaitec project launches a website, www.ujilab.uji.es, to continue with its objective of providing the university community with an ideal and innovative environment to co-create.
Project UJI.>LAB is at the disposal of students, professors and research groups of the Universitat Jaume I a platform to energize the generation of innovative ideas, linked to the repte-solution paradigm, with a multidisciplinary strategy, that is, with a 360º prism. Per això it incorporates a set of mechanisms that allow the purposes of the university community to be materialized, for example the FabLab, an environment for prototyping projects that result in a tangible product. To achieve this, it is compatible with the most advanced technology in 3D Printers, Resin Printers, Laser Carvers, Tall Tractors, Precision CNC and CNC for large formats.
Platform UJI.>LAB It will facilitate the implementation of co-creatius projects, that is, projects in which the end user is incorporated into their design, bé through Grau Final Treballs (TFGs) o Master's Final Treballs (TFMs) or projects of a different nature, incorporating the most innovative methodologies promoted by European Network of LivingLabs (ENOLL), of which Espaitec has been part of the board of directors since 2011.
The inn in Marxa del projecte UJI.>LAB has remained possible thanks to the financing of theValencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) in the first phase during 2019, in theValencian Agency for Innovation (AVI) in the second phase that has begun enguany.
