Networking Directives Castellón (NDCS), a lobby promoted by businesswomen and directors from Castellón who represent different sectors of the local economy where espaitec is one of the founding partners, held at the end of December the meeting prior to the official launch of the association.

During the event, attended by more than 30 executives, the association's corporate image was presented internally and a preview of the activities that will take place in its first year of existence was announced, among which the following stand out:

– Working breakfasts and lunches with personalities from the business world
– Meetings, colloquiums and debate tables between members and recognized professionals
– Advice, coaching and training for associates.

NDCS was born with the aim of positioning Castellón and its province in the international arena through collaboration between partners, reinforcing female leadership in the business environment of Castellón, creating a space that encourages networking where they can share experiences and, above all, promote development of a local identity and reputation, becoming a global network of women with Castellón as a link that contributes to the Internationalization of our province.

Espaitec, within its actions to promote entrepreneurship and business growth in the province of Castellón, has been one of the entities promoting the initiative.
