Currently five companies from the Parc and two research groups from the Universitat Jaume I of Castelló participate in the concept test
Espaitec has settled on Marx Innovation Camp, a methodology linked to the program Technological Map of the province of Castelló I finançat per l'Valencian Innovation Agency l'objectiu of which it is facilitate communication between companies and university research groups to resolder business challenges.
They are currently participating in the concept test zinc signs of the Map -Orbel Group; Gen72 Software; Prades MT; Breathe Communication i CloudAppi- dotze UJI R&D groups -eVIS (Visual Engineering); TKBG (Temporary Connection Bases); GIANT (Grup d'Investigació en Aprenentatge Automàtic per a Entorns Intel·ligents); Analysis of 2D and 3D shapes– Statistical Apprenticeship in Artificial Intelligence, Esteorology; IMK, (Innovation in Marketing); TECASOS (Technology, Quality and Sustainability in Construction); GID (Ecological Research and Development); SOGRES (Sustainability of Organizations and Management of Social Responsibility); RobInLab (Intelligent Robotics Laboratory); COTTAGE (Grup d'Investigació en Transmissions d'Engranatges); GAIA (Grup d'Enginyeria Environmental i Energetica Applied to Industrial Processes) i Biomechanics and Ergonomics-.
The initiative rep the name in relation to the methodology designed for Joint Research Center (JRC) and the European Committee of Regions (CoR), the goal of which is to collectively and effectively address economic and social problems that affect local societies in a European context, especially in the countryside of Intel·ligent Specialization Strategies for Research and Innovation (RIS3), through an open Business Discovery Process (EDP), collaboratively and even among the actors of the Quadruple Helix (that is, management, government, industry, academia and civil society).
Espaitec has adapted this methodology to the col·laboració Universitat-Empresa to improve the communication and interaction process between companies in the province and university research groups when addressing technological challenges based on research results.
THEInnovation Camp d'Espaitec is focused on escort and dynamitize the interaction process (Journey Management) between the organizations, companies and research groups of the Universitat Jaume I that facilitate theaddressing technological challenges with a co-creation approach directed by the user (user-driven). This activity allows us to delve deeper into the identification and development of each participant's own competitive advantages, sharing the work that the different university research groups are carrying out, showing the University with the R&D center of the companies and, so far, field of open and co-creative innovation, betting on the successful business evolution and enhancing competitiveness through innovation. Furthermore, this methodology is also available to the Livinglab d'Espaitec: UJI.>LAB for co-creation projects with the university community.
