Each session will consist of training and support. That is, we will work with a speaker and two mentors specialized in strategic planning to provide companies with the guidelines to follow in developing their own growth plan.
In parallel, during October, November and December the companies will work with the assigned mentors in the development and implementation of a business growth plan. The program will end in December with a final presentation where you will learn about the acceleration plan of each company.
