The “Cuida't Espaitec” cycle organizes a talk about Pascual Benet – El Mundo Castellón al Día – 03/03/2022
Espaitec organizes on Monday, March 14, from 16:00 p.m. to 17:30 p.m., the workshop "Team cohesion: shared vision" taught by psychologist Pascual Benet within the Cuida't Espaitec cycle. The objective of the day is to promote the importance of team cohesion in companies to increase the well-being and productivity of the company as well as to learn to identify which profiles have to make up a workforce for it to be efficient. Likewise, Benet will define the characteristics of the resonant leader, a figure capable of transmitting commitment and a sense of belonging among the team. During the workshop, tools will also be provided so that each component of a team is capable of implementing self-criticism as a work methodology, detecting their strengths and vulnerabilities; learning to identify and reflect on one's own emotions and those of the team.
