The scientific, technological and business park of the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón, Espaitec, has hosted the closing of the sixth edition of the Castellón Global Program with the presentation of the personalized business growth plan of the companies that have participated in the program. A document developed jointly between the nine selected firms and the assigned mentors that will serve as a roadmap for their growth over the next three years.

Among the objectives presented by companies to achieve growth in volume and billing in the short and medium term, the following stand out: the commitment to hire more qualified personnel; investment in continuous training for employees; the improvement of industrial processes by betting on digitalization; invest more and better in communication, especially in digital marketing to reach new clients outside the province of Castellón; innovation through the acquisition of new machinery and agreements with technology centers and universities; address the generational change of companies through training; the commitment to sustainable and socially responsible projects; and the development, in some cases, internationalization plans to reach new markets.

In short, a series of measures that in the coming years will transform the business fabric of Castellón and bring the province closer to an economy model where innovation and knowledge are the driving force of success.
