david cabedo, deputy vice-rector of Transference, Innovation and Entrepreneurship of the Universitat Jaume I of Castelló, will chair the Xarxa of Valencian Scientific Parks (rePCV) end of July 2022. At the meeting held by the board of directors, June will also appoint vice president Juan Jose Borras, professor of Inorganic Chemistry and director of the Science Park of the University of Valencia, and with secretary to Tonia Salinas, director of the Scientific and Business Park of the Miguel Hernández d'Elx University.
La rePCV It brings together the five scientific parks of the Valencian public universities: Espaitec, Scientific and Technological Park of the Universitat Jaume I from Castelló; he Scientific Park of the University of Valencia; The Polytechnic City of Innovation of the Polytechnic University of Valencia; the Miguel Hernández University Scientific and Business Park d'Elx; and the Alicante Scientific Park of the University of Alicante. Among them they form an ecosystem of more than 250 companies installed or linked to five Valencian scientific parks, characterized by being based on knowledge and their commitment to collaboration with university research.

INNOTRANSFER: The rePCV promotes innovation in key economic sectors for the Community
For the third consecutive year, the Valencian scientific parks coordinate the program Innotransfer, innovation and transfer initiative that connects knowledge, technology and companies of the Valencian Community, reinforcing the network Regional Strategy for Innovation and Intel·ligent Specialization (RIS3), with the support of the Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI) and the collaboration of the main business associations, the Valencian public universities and theREDIT Technological Institutes.
The initiative Innotransfer promotes cooperation between the scientific and industrial fields of Valencia, facilitating the contact and connection of the parts with a dynamic response-solution. The five economic sectors of our territory in which our activities are centered are: Automotive and Sustainable Mobility, Agri-food, Sustainable Habitat, Mental i Enabling Technologies.
In the 2020 edition, Innotransfer will bring together More than 1.100 actors from the Valencian innovation ecosystem and 235 reptes will be collected, identified in five Valencian economic sectors.. The current edition will present at the end of December 2021 a program of webinars and “matching” actions, realitzant-se Wednesday September 8 the virtual seminar «Sustainable Habitat: Cases Intel·ligents», will delve into the development and integration of sensorization, monitoring and management analysis systems; These parameters include energy and water consumption, air quality and comfort under the influence of sustainable habitat.
