The awards ceremony recognized outstanding initiatives in innovation, sustainability, and digital solutions driven by UJI students.
Businesses Cooryc, Circularscore e Innova Grid, connected to the ecosystem of podcast, have been recognized with the main awards at the fourth edition of the UJI Student Entrepreneurial Talent Awards, organized by the Universitat Jaume I, through the Innovation, Creativity and Learning Chair (INCREA), and with the support of Castelló de la Plana City CouncilThe award ceremony took place this Monday in the Menador building in Castelló.
In the business acceleration category, Cooryc The first prize, worth €20.500, has been awarded to a spin-off company from the UJI (Universitat Jaume I) specializing in the sale of collaborative robotics products such as grippers for picking up delicate goods. Several other companies also received runner-up prizes of €10.000. CircularscoreConsulting and strategic advisory services specializing in sustainability, innovation and business development, and Innova Grid, which designs digital resilience and alternative energy systems - In this same category, the project has also been awarded an honorable mention VersedIA, participant in the business creation program UJIStartup, jointly promoted by Espaitec and the INCREA Chair.
In the modality aimed at entrepreneurial projects driven by UJI students, the projects Finboard, All You Go to Goal, Participants in UJIStartup each received a prize of €4.000. During the event, the project was also recognized. JoveJobs, promoted by Andreea Mara, current CEO of Circularscore.
