Next March 5. Pascual Benet returns to Espaitec to teach us the main strategies of neurolinguistic programming and coaching to enhance our overall well-being. In the workshop “How to rise up” we will learn to face daily situations with a problem-solving mentality and take action, and not contemplate problems, staying in a negative spiral that prevents us from designing optimal strategies to solve what is happening to us.
Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is a set of methods and techniques that allow people to achieve their goals in different areas, as it shows us how we do it, what internal strategies we follow to be sad, happy, depressed, euphoric, motivated... Knowing these strategies , we can manage our emotional states in a much more effective way and focus our attitude towards achieving the set objectives.
Program and concepts that will be seen in the workshop:
- What is neurolinguistic programming and what is it for?
- How do I deal with unforeseen events and what strategies do I use?
- Guided creative visualization for conflict resolution.
- Sustainable optimism versus anxious perfectionism, where do I stand?
- The power of what I tell myself to change to positive.
- How to convey bad news.
The course will take place from 16.00:19.00 p.m. to 1:10 p.m. in the facilities of the Espaitec 20 building, within the Universitat Jaume I, and is open to the entire business and social fabric of Castellón. The workshop is free for Espaitec companies, with a price of €XNUMX for the university community and €XNUMX for people without any connection to the Universitat Jaume I. This training action is financed by the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports of the Generalitat Valenciana.
