Castellón Global Program

The Castellón Global Program is aimed at companies in any sector operating in the province of Castellón, including startups, established companies, and family businesses. Its objective is to foster and consolidate a culture of innovation within the province's business community through a free program for companies that combines specialized training y personalized mentoring, adapted to the needs of each participating firm.

In this 14th edition, the program will select 12 companies, a number that increased in 2025 compared to previous calls in order to respond to the growing interest of companies in the province to be part of this initiative.

Since its launch, the Castellón Global Program has had the participation of 127 companies from 41 municipalities in the province of Castellón. «Companies that represent the diversity and strength of our province, from emerging projects to established companies and family businesses undergoing generational transitions. New features of the 14th edition

This edition incorporates new lines of work aimed at strengthening the program's evolution. These include the continuous improvement of the training plan and the promotion of... crossmentoring, a methodology that will allow each participating company to have several mentors depending on its specific needs.

Furthermore, Castellón Global Program will continue to strengthen the Business Club by organizing activities specifically aimed at family businesses.
