Some of Cornella's reflections focused on the scope of work in the coming years, which will focus on the search for human talent and opportunity, in the face of the unstoppable advance of smart technology.

Cornella also highlighted, regarding the impact of new technologies on employment, the advantage of being able to combine the work of new intelligent machines with that of humans, since the software that is developed will allow the optimization of work and increased productivity.

One of the important things of change in the future will be the fact that half of the babies born today will live to be 100 years old. Therefore, it will no longer be possible to retire at 60 because it will not be sustainable, and this will force you to rethink life and work. The cycle of studying, working and retiring will not be valid, but throughout life various work, study and self-employment situations will arise that will allow the person to accumulate a portfolio of personal value, knowledge and experience. to contribute to others constantly.
