With this presentation begins a new edition of a program that in two editions has consolidated its impact on the business fabric of Castellón. A total of 18 companies from across the province and 7 different sectors have gone through the program, increasing their sales by 41% and their workforce by 26% compared to the previous year, on average. The sales growth forecast of the participating companies in 2014 stands out as data, which is 93%.
The deadline to receive applications opens today and ends next Sunday, May 31, 2015. interested to participate they must fill out the form available on the new program website www.castellonglobalprogram.com and present an executive summary that certifies that they meet the participation requirements. During the first week of June, you will be notified which companies have been selected and the training phase will begin until September. The last quarter of the year will be dedicated to personalized monitoring actions with companies.
Among the novelties of the third edition, the methodology used for the training phase stands out, which will take as a reference the book “The discipline of entrepreneurship: 24 steps to launch a successful start-up” by Bill Aulet, adapting the thematic blocks to the characteristics and sectors of the selected projects. In the training phase there will be professionals with extensive experience in management, finance, leadership, innovation or internationalization. Professors of the stature of Jaime Esteban, director of Lanzadera; Fernando Becerra, co-founder of Business Booster; José Vicente Pons, promoter of the Valencian Global Program or Pedro Bisbal, director of Bigban Angels, have already confirmed their attendance.
The program is aimed at businessmen, entrepreneurs and general directors who have experience in business development, ambitious objectives and high growth potential. To participate, the following requirements must be met: have been in business for between one and five years and demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of €50.000.
