Looking for the best services, products and innovations that use satellite navigation in everyday life
The European Satellite Navigation Competition (European Satellite Navigation Competition – ESNC) is an international innovation competition that rewards the best ideas for the development of satellite navigation applications. That is, the best services, products and innovations that use satellite navigation in everyday life. Applications for participation can be sent until July 30 via the online application available on the ESNC 2018 website, in the “participate” section.
Since 2004, starting with just three partner regions, the ESNC has grown into a huge global innovation and knowledge network with 25 partner regions and more than 200 industrial and scientific experts from around the world. In total, ESNC 2018 will distribute prizes valued at approximately 1 million euros. The state of development of the project, service or business idea does not matter. In fact, some awards are aimed at promoting the development of the initial idea to turn it into a business reality. The prizes include cash, business incubator, training for entrepreneurs, patent consulting, support for carrying out market studies, technical support, marketing support and access to experts and public financing among others.
In the Valencian Community, the ESNC 2018 is organized by the Valencian Space Consortium in collaboration with the five Valencian Science Parks: Espaitec – Scientific, Technological and Business Park of the Universitat Jaume I, Polytechnic City of Innovation of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, University of Valencia Science Park, Scientific – Business Park of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche y Universitat d'Alacant Scientific Park.
Don't miss the opportunity to make your satellite navigation, Earth observation or space exploration project a reality.
