Cuatroochenta has just developed an innovative and personalized CRM for iPad contracted by the Spanish pharmaceutical multinational Faes Farma, which has already begun its implementation in Colombia with the aim of extending it to its delegations in South America and Africa. The company from the Scientific, Technological and Business Park of the Universitat Jaume I, Espaitec, thus manages to position itself among the leading companies in the sector of programming applications for smartphones and tablets at a national level. The young firm from Castellón has also launched mobile applications for the management of urban incidents, menus for restaurants, products from various sectors, tourism or media for public and private institutions since its creation in 2010.
The new CRM (Customer relationship management) for Faes Farma, the fourth largest pharmaceutical company in the country and listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange, is an advanced and 100% personalized tool for medical representatives to quickly manage their relationship with clients, providing of catalogues, routes and orders from the iPad without the need for a connection. Visit graphs, customer directory, administration module to place orders and all kinds of utilities to help improve sales.
The Spanish multinational has begun the implementation of the commercial management mobile application in its Colombian delegation with the assistance of the Cuatroochenta team, which traveled to Bogotá for a week to make the final programming adjustments and train the medical representatives. Faes Farma has a presence in 61 countries in Europe – where it has more than 800 employees –, Latin America, Africa and Asia, and its objective is to continue implementing the tool internationally.
The CRM for Faes Farma is the most recent development by Cuatroochenta after having programmed applications for smartphones and tablets in very different sectors and with very different functionalities, always seeking maximum customization. Thus, the Hotel Voramar in Benicàssim launched its new wine list on iPad last September, with the aim of giving diners quick and fun access to complete information about wineries, appellations, production methods, pairings, sommelier assessment, comments and prices. Within the tourism sector, the Espaitec firm has also programmed the Castellón Tourism and Magdalena Festival applications for iPhone and Android mobiles.
At the municipal level, it has developed a practical application for the management and control of incidents and urban defects, so that Castellón City Council operators can photograph, locate and report a breakdown from a mobile device. A simple way to speed up the process of resolving urban incidents, optimizing resources, minimizing reaction time and saving costs. Since it started with the mobile application for the cultural blogzine nomepierdoniuna.net in October 2010, Cuatroochenta has also programmed other functionalities for the massage firm Euespa (sale of videos from iPhone) or Espaitec.
