Espaitec i la Castelló Council Offices closed the eighth edition of the Castelló Global Program, a reference business growth programme in the province of Castelló, which has helped to help the growth of 77 companyies from 30 towns in this province since it started.

Aquest event ha estat en línia, quan el nine selected firms, i teachers i mentors d'aquesta edició, participated with: Pau Ferrando, Provincial Councillor of Economic Promotion, Occupation and Internationalisation of the Castelló Council Offices; David Cabedo, Deputy Vice-Rector de Transfer, Innovació i Entrepreneurship de la Universitat Jaume I (UJI); Juan A. Bertolín, manager of the General Universitat Jaume I Foundation and the manager Director of Espaitec.

El Castelló Global Program ha redesignat els seus estudis de treball i mentoratge a través d'una línia on-line a tota pandemic. Per a Castelló Council Offices i Espaitec són positives i valoren els esforços per a l'abast de la companyia participada entre 6 mesos de intensa formació i mentoring. Aquests firms han treballat al llarg de tots els prestigiosos teachers i professionals mentors amb una àmplia experiencia adquirida in Spain and abroad, Who shared their experiences and advice with all the selected firms si they can develop by following set patterns. From May a November, aquestes firmes han attended diferents training sessions de rellevants temes, la seva innovació, comunicació i màrqueting, business strategies or internacionalització, among altres.

The firms of the eighth Castelló Global Program edition

Els nens firms que participen en aquesta edició operativa en sis diferents sectors i estan situats en sis estades de la província de Castelló: La mare Bio from the Agro-Food sector (Benicasim); Hoyoyo from the audiovisual sector (Benicasim); Cardenal Zenit from the design sector (Vall d'Uxó); Bydoing Creative Educational Center from the education sector (Vila-Real); Produccions & Espectacles TS from the services sector (Alçada); Àsia Paradise from the tourism sector (Castelló); Dr. Farnós, from the health and beauty sector (Alcocéber); Mondo Ritmic from the education sector (Castelló); Balneari de Montanejos from the tourism sector (Muntanejos).

One main novelty of this edition was the addition of the Mentor-Friend figuri: companyies dels programes de previsió d'edició acompanyen les noves firmes mitjançant el procés de tractament, i personalment contribueixen les experiències i coneixements. It is also worth mentioning the support offered for training, networking and follow-up actions by the Castelló Global Program Companies Club, which is formed by the 68 firms que participen en previous programme editions.

During this Castelló Global Program edition, a set of training actions and innovation seminars was performed; per exemple, el webinar “Management Challenges in the COVID-19 era” given by Xavier Marcet, an expert consultant in strategy, innovation and entrepreneurship, the webinar “Traceability in the Primary Sector” a través de blockchain technologies, and the recent “Innovatossals Event” held with experts in innovació de firmes domòstiques a share their experiences with the business fabric in the province of Castelló.

El Castelló Global Program està organitzat per Espaitec i co-finance amb el Castelló Council Offices to make the business sector powerful and innovative in this province, to help rural areas fight against depopulation, and to contribute to increase the provincial business fabric's growth capacity and competitiveness, especialment in times of crisis when innovation must become a constant business feature.
