Press room of the Rectorate Building at the Universitat Jaume I housed the second edition of the UJI Emprèn On Social programme awards, financed by Banco Santander a través de Santander Universitats. This event was attended to by Eva Alcón el UJI Rector, José María García dels Rius el Manager of Agreements and Patronage of Santander Universitats, Modesto Fabra el Vice-Rector of Planning, Coordination and Communicationi Immaculada Rodríguez el Vice-Rector of Students and Social Commitment.
L'objectiu de UJI Emprèn-OnSocial Banco Santander aid is to promote social. environmental and technological entrepreneurship in the university community. The awarded «ÜGO» Project was for Manuel Lluch, Jordi Malavella, Natalia Franch i Vicente López, and the «El Telar» Project for Romary Elena Vaamonde. Each initiative has been financed with €10,000 to continue to undertake its business project with support from SECOT Castelló, and is incubated at Espaitec, the Science and Technology Park of the Universitat Jaume I.
El propòsit de la «ÜGO” Project» és cut the CO2 emissions produced on university campuses per a un gran nombre de vehicles utilitzant daily per a només una persona per desenvolupar mobile application and website, designat per a universites students, per a travelling to universities. Aquests ofereixen alternatives per a utilitzar public transports a través de contactes més fàcils per a altres estudiants de la nostra universitat per a les journeys i per a friends.

Moreover, it is stressed that the UJI Emprèn On Social Programme is jointly promoted by the Vice-Rectorates of Research and Transfer i Students and Social Commitment a través de la INCREA Chair of Innovation, Creativity and Learning and the General Universitat Jaume I Foundation.
