Both certificates will recognise student training in official Universitat Jaume I (UJI) degrees, and/or male/female graduates of official UJI degrees in the last 2 years, irrespectively of them being, degrees, Masters or PhDs.
This measure was passed by the Governing Board yesterday. Its main objective is to recognise and value extra-university activities that students perform in these two fields. Students will be able to supplement their official training by accrediting that they have performed different activities to improve their qualifications towards employability and entrepreneurship.
The certificate of transversal skills in employability accrediting 80 hours of unofficial training will be required; 20 hours of raising awareness and 6 months of work experience; or 600 hours that could include placements or Final Graduation/Master Projects. To obtain the certificate of transversal entrepreneurial skills, accrediting 80 hours of unofficial training will be necessary; 20 hours of raising awareness and obtaining a favourable business project evaluation from an Experts Committee in entrepreneurship.
These certificates will be issued to the students of official UJI degrees and/or to male/female graduates of official UJI degrees in the last 2 years, irrespectively of them being degrees, Masters or PhDs. Moreover, the certificate of transversal entrepreneurial skills will be issued to those students who have received any unofficial training by the INCREA Chair, espaitec and/or the UJI Posgraduate centre in the last 2 years, or to any student linked to the UJI via AlumniSAUJI.
